Birthday getaway

We had a great time on the island. The place was great. Everything you need. Nice view of the pool. Loved having the bar and restaurant on site. I would definitely stay here again

Great stay!

Property was clean, nice, secure and everyone was welcoming and friendly. Great access to the beach. Pool was undergoing renovations during my visit but was not a must for me. I will definitely return.

Great location

It was perfect location. Room was very nice. Everyone was super friendly. My only complaint would be the floors were filthy. Couldn't walk barefooted cause your feet would be black in an hour. I would stay there again though!

Great location for beach and Savannah!

The place had everything we needed. Specious and nice balcony. It's a quite location with great access to restaurants and things to do. On the beach! The TV was a bit difficult to figure out but we managed with what we could. We would stay again without a doubt!

Great place

Enjoyed the condo! It was the third place I rented after the two hurricanes ruined my stay in Florida. Didnt have the best of views but the beach was a very short walk. The condo was stocked with everything you would need. Good restaurants near by and just a short drive into downtown Savannah and the River Walk. Would stay here again.

Loved the property; beautifully maintained. There could be bigger, better signage for check in and directions. The condo was very nice and clean. However, I’ve never stayed anywhere that the guest was required to gather and take out trash. Curious why that isn’t included in the cleaning fee.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was awesome! Super laidback environment with great pool and beach access. The room was clean and cozy. The resort location was in a quiet part of the island, which provided a more private feel. The only critic I have, is I would recommend changing the mattresses soon. They were pretty wore out.

It is also close to parking so it was easy to unpack. They have luggage carts that you can use. I think my wife was more than prepared for the beach when she packed the kids ;) They do have beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent so no need to bring anything.

Family Vacation Perfection

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On-site pools, restaurant, and beachfront access were excellent. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. You’re at mid beach at this location and a short beach walk to both the lighthouse to the north and pier to the south. YMCA is across the street if you need a fitness center I think it was 10 dollars for a day pass. Savannah is a short drive away and there are tons of options for activities there. Captain Derek’s dolphin adventure was also a great experience, we saw lots of dolphins feeding near a shrimp boat and even got a few dolphins to play in our wake on the way back to the dock.

Clean, convenient Resort on beach

The property is as advertised. It was clean and spacious enough for four people. Conveniently located right on the beach with two pools, one heated. The kitchen had what we needed for cooking meals. This is a first level that overlooks the courtyard, but your view of the water is blocked by the buildings. Even so, it was still very nice to sit out in the mornings and in the evenings. It is 1.3 miles from the south beach pier attractions, which may be a little far to walk some people. Tybee charges for parking everywhere. Small, but well stocked IGA store within walking distance. The description mentions umbrellas and chairs are rented at the resort and not provided in the condo so we knew this going in, but we prefer having these items in the condoand this is the only reason I gave it a nine out of 10. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff is very friendly.

The master bed was not the most comfortable and it makes a lot of noise when one person is getting in and out of bed during the night. Not sure if it is a bad frame/mattress or both. Condo entry doors are close together, so neighboring condo guests woke us up slamming their door. Other than sleep disturbances, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Reviewer Comments: Had a nice time here, place was clean (floor need mopping) but was very neat and clean otherwise.Had a bulb in the master bath that wouldnt stay on and they quickly came and replaced it with one that strobed like a dicso LOL....did leave it on and left the room and it finally stopped so we just left it on except at night.Has nothing to do with the room but the birds were awful around the restaurant and actually in the pool...diving and darting very close to everyone....mating season maybe?Hopefully not like that all the timeAll in all it was a nice place and would have no problem coming back....but just wow on the birds

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Furniture was dirty. Walls are all marred up, internet is a major problem, white bedspread in master bedroom stained with who knows what. Fan in master bath did not work, bath tub in guest bath dud not drain, toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall, floors were dirty when we got there
