Location was amazing, just steps from the beach. Pool wasn't huge but perfect for the family.Layout of the house was perfect, plenty of room for us to spread out.

Lovely house, liked the layout of house as it gave everyone plenty of privacy. Common spaces were roomy and welcoming. Pool was a hit with the little ones. Beautiful beach setting. House had everything we needed.

Family's vacation

I felt this was an excellent place for the 12 of us... the beach wasn't crowded due to it being somewhat private. This house also has a private pool,a few of our group don't care for the beach...so very nice .A few minor things we messaged to the owner and he was right on it. Very friendly owner. He was greatful for the info so it could be addressed.

We had a wonderful time at this perfect beach house. All the creature comforts of home were there for us. Our host, Akash was pleasant and super helpful. The bedrooms were comfortable, the game room had plenty for all to do, The pool was PERFECTION as was Kayaking with the dolphins at sunset! I highly recommend Sunset Bay.

Best spring break ever!

Akash was a fantastic host! The house perfectly met the needs of our two families with teenagers! Being able to view dolphins and sunsets from the balconies was magnificent! Would definitely return here!

Spring Break on Tybee Island

This is a great property! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Game room was lots of fun as we spent plenty of time playing ping pong and foosball! Heated pool was amazing! Easy short walk to the beach. My sons were even brave enough to jump in the water despite it being the middle of March! Property owner/manager checked in with me several times to make sure everything was as expected. Great stay and highly recommend it!!

Perfect location and house

We absolutely loved this house. It was the perfect location and the pool was an absolute hit with the kiddos. There was a wagon and beach towels/toys already there which helped tremendously with our packing. The host was amazing. We highly recommend! 10/10 from us.

THIS IS THE ONE!!!

OMG, where do i start. the host starting communicating with me before i even arrived. HE WAS AMAZING. He was very attentive to all of our needs even when the power went out (big storm came) he sent some one with flashlights and candles in the storm. The house has absolutely everything you need to be at the beach. There were 10 of us in our dance ministry girls trip. we had plenty of towels, wash cloths, pool towels, beach chairs. There were games like corn hole, ping pong and board games. The house is a nice list stroll over the private board walk. So relaxing. We did yoga on the beach. The main level is superb. There is a living area, kitchen, the primary room with bath and another room (Queen), a separate bath room and laundry room. This level also has a balcony with chairs and such to just chill. The 3rd level has a balcony too. No room is a bad room. We had so much space to do a lot. We didnt shop on the island. We opted to hit the Publix, liquor store and Dollar Tree about 20 mins before getting to the house. We didnt leave the house the whole weekend. DID I MENTION THE HOST!! Great house. I will be returning. **Friendly neighbors**

Beautiful house, great experience!

My family and I spent 4 wonderful nights in this house. The location is perfect; literally steps away from the private beach access. Also, it’s within a 5-10 minute walk to the local coffee shop(Tybean). The house was roomy, clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. There’s also a brand new pool which we enjoyed quite frequently. It is on the small side, but still beautiful and a good place to take a quick dip whenever the urge hit. It was nice that it’s right outside the game room so we could all be hanging out in the same area playing games and swimming. The host, Akash was so friendly and responsive whenever we had questions. He went above and beyond what we’ve ever had a host do before. He even was kind enough to let us use his family’s personal kayaks! This was a trip for me, and my three daughters and their families to celebrate the life of my late husband, and I know he would have been SO happy with this property! (And he was picky about vacay rentals!)

Amazing Ocean View

What a joy our stay was. You can watch the ocean waves from both of the large verandas as well from inside through the full wall of windows. Only steps to the beach! We traveled as a whole family with teens and elderly adults and we all had a great stay. The owners hospitality and help with anything we requested was above and beyond. They are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend for anyone as all are so considered in the furnishing of this beautiful home from the game room to the elevator!

Awesome private location

Boardwalk to the beach is right next to property. The best part is I have lived in Savannah my whole life but never stayed on this side of the beach and it is so private and secluded from the crowds.

Great family vacation

Celebrated our parents 55th anniversary, the property was clean and very nice!! We had an amazing time. Excellent location for the beach! Property owners were extremely kind and very accommodating, allowed us to check in early, and were always available for questions. Great property for large group. Highly recommend

Great house for gathering

Had a great thanksgiving gathering of family and friends. Went a whole week without a fight! House is large enough for everyone to have their own space. Game room big bonus keeping teens and preteens occupied. Hosts communicated very well. Highly recommend
