Llynfor is a beautifully finished house. Light and bright throughout, it has been furnished with larger groups very much in mind. There are plenty of spacious areas for gathering to drink and dine, but also quieter nooks and crannies. Outside the house the grounds have been just as well thought-out, with an enclosed dog garden and a hot tub. There's also a huge meadow to explore. This is a top-notch holiday home.
Ground Floor
Hallway
A full height hallway with roof lights allows sunlight to flood the room. There's a foldable Riley pool table offering entertainment in the evenings or on poor-weather days.
Kitchen and dining room
With the kitchen at one end and a cleverly positioned island in the middle, whoever's cooking will never feel removed from the party or miss out on the amazing views from the house. A huge stylish dining table, with comfortable seating is a great spot from which to watch the sun go down. And an outside patio is ideal for alfresco dining on summer evenings.
Sitting Room
With stunning views across open fields to the Irish Sea on the horizon, the sitting room is a welcoming space with a huge smart TV with sound bar and surround sound (with full Sky package - sport, movies and kids), a wall-mounted electric fireplace and ample seating for all the party and even a karaoke machine. There are doors leading out to the patio.

For evening entertainment or the odd rainy day, inside the house you can find a kids 4-in-1 entertainment table (table football, pool, table tennis and air hockey), mini pin ball machine, large jenga, along with a huge choice of board games as well as toys for toddlers as well. In the shed there is a full-size outdoor table tennis table that can be wheeled out and enjoyed on those nice days!
First Floor
Bedroom 4 - En-suite with dressing room
A large spacious room with a king bed. There's also a dressing room, which is perfect for a travel cot. The en-suite has a bath, walk-in shower and WC.
Bedroom 5 - Master en-suite with balcony
The dream bedroom, with acres of space. A superking bed looking out over Maelog lake. With its own sofa and coffee table with its own nespresso machine, it's a room to relax in. And there is also a dressing table, smart TV, ample wardrobe space, with a double walk-in wardrobe, which is also the perfect space for travel cots, and an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and WC.
Outside
Llynfor has loads of space outside. Around the house, there is a patio with a large dining area under a retractable awning. And there is a hot tub under a pagoda, outdoor lounge sofas, a 12-seater dining table, and a Kamodo Bono BBQ for alfresco dining. There is also a purpose built enclosed area for dogs and a large meadow to play in. And there is parking for several cars or even a boat, along with an EV charging station.
The Local Area
Rhosneigr offers everything needed for the perfect beach holiday, with two expansive sandy beaches and a bustling town in between. Grabbing a morning coffee at Cafe Notos, followed by a walk along the beach, is a nice way to start the day. Or there are surfing lessons available from Gecko. It's also a very popular spot for kiteboarding. Mojo's in Rhosneigr serves up delicious savoury crepes. Then why not head to Tyn Towyn for a wild swim followed by a sauna at Sauna Bach.
