Welcome to our peaceful holiday home in the Yatching village of Two Rocks. Just a 2 minute stroll to the beach, shops, cafes, local Tavern and all conveniences. Perfect for families and friends, with plenty of space and modern comforts. Separate driveway with room for 3 cars. Pet friendly fully enclosed garden with dog bed and water/food bowls provided. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. Separate laundry with washing machine, iron & ironing board, with access to back garden & washing line. Open plan living with TV, books and games. Dining area with seating for six. 2 Bathrooms with shower, wash basin and toilet, all towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash provided. Master bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and sofa plus en-suite bathroom. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have king single beds with wardrobes. Reverse Cycle Air Con in Living area, ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Self check in/check out, keys in lockbox. Welcome pack on arrival so no rushing to the shops.
