Recently renovated oh the inside this property is less than 5 minute walk to town center. While this is a hydro home it is well insulated.
Port-a-cot and high chair in wardrobe (your own bedding required for cot).
Comfortable deck which gets great afternoon sun and some outdoor furniture.
Close proximity to Mt Cook, the 4 surrounding lakes and the hydro canals nearby for fishing or recreation.
There is plenty more to do in this beautiful part of the country.
