"When we checked in we were given a room key and as soon as we walked in we could smell cigarette smoke. We walked right back to the desk and told the woman it smelled like smoke and she said she knew and as soon as she saw what room she was giving us she wondered if that would be okay. REALLY?! So we moved to another room and it did stink but not like smoke so we gave up and stayed in that room. Got unpacked and went to use the bathroom - the floor of the tub had been broken and somehow ‘patched’ like how you’d patch drywall(?). Very obvious and the tub floor had other cracks and moved wherever you stepped. The rest of the room had several un-handyman repairs made on walls, the ceiling, trim, etc. like they used garage sale supplies and hired children to do the repairs. Everything felt dirty and unkept, the designated smoking area was RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE, and the room was over $200 per night like it was a nice hotel! I’ll never stay again, it should be closed permanently, and I am mad that I drove 2 hours to get there to attend a wedding so I was stuck staying there even though it was disgusting."
