Our house is an ideal place to relax or to actively relax in all seasons. Whether vacation or business trip, we offer you enjoyment of nature and privacy with access to local public transport to the state capital and the Oberland. You live in a comfortable new apartment with a balcony and a direct view of Lake Starnberg. A restaurant and café are in the house.   You can also find relaxation and recreation on our own bathing jetty.   Your vacation is our concern. Urlaub,wie man es sich wünscht.

ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns eine stylische moderne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht, Terrasse mir Seeblick, großzügigem Parkplatz im Innenhof und einem außergewöhnlich liebenswürdigem Vermieterpaar. Trotz Pech mit dem Wetter haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft gern weiter empfehlen.

Geräumige, schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt im zweiten Stock (Treppen baubedingt etwas steiler), in der ersten Etage liegt die Wohnung der Vermieter, im Untergeschoss ist ein Restaurant (griechisch) angesiedelt. Auf dem Hof kann das Auto direkt beim Eingang geparkt werden, da die Parkmöglichkeiten in Tutzing insgesamt eingeschränkt sind, war dies für uns wichtig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit, unaufdringlich. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet, schöner heller Eßbereich. Genauso das moderne Duschbad. Gut ist auch, dass zusätzlich eine Gästetoilette vorhanden ist. In den Betten haben wir gut geschlafen, die zwei Schlafzimmer sind beide mit Einbauschränken ausgestattet, die viel Stauraum bieten. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit Doppelbett eingerichtet, das zweite "Gästezimmer" mit Einzelbett und zusätzlichem Klappsessel. Für 2 Paare daher nicht ganz optimal, für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern wäre sie sehr gut geeignet. Für uns als Paar ideal. Wir hatten auch ein paar Regentage während unseres Aufenthalts, die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Komfort, so dass man es dort gut aushalten kann. Den Balkon (seitlicher Blick auf den See) konnten wir wetterbedingt leider nicht so nutzen, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Der Badesteg könnte auch genutzt werden, zum Schwimmen im See ist dies im Sommer sicherlich eine schöne Sache. Zum Bäcker ist es auch nicht weit, gute Semmeln! Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen und wenn es wieder mal passt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Appartement très propre, vaste pour 3 personnes, très bien placé au bord du lac. Les propriétaires M et Mme LIDL sont très accueillants et la communication est très facile. Parking très pratique au pied de la maison.

Sehr sehr nette und gastfreundliche Vermieter, tolle sehr saubere Wohnung, schöne Gegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß erreichbar, super Gastronomie (Geheimtip "Filmtaverne" ). Empfehlenswert :-)
