Welcome to Sunshine Tide!
This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is conveniently located at The Houndstooth Condominiums, and under a mile from the stadium! The condo is gorgeous and newly decorated and furnished and close to all the restaurants and bars you may need! You are able to enjoy multiple complex amenities here, such as a pool with a waterfall, a 24-hour fitness center, and a 24-hour business center with free printing! Pool towels are provided in the condo. There are also various board games in the living room as well as a starter set of snacks and coffee in the kitchen!
The first bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom that has a tub shower. The second bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom. The second bathroom has a tub and a shower. There is a Twin XL rollaway AND a Twin ottoman bed that can be used. The condo can sleep up to 6 people. This complex is next to the railroad, but we do have sound machines in all rooms to compensate for it. There is also a balcony with comfy chairs for you to use and relax in!
The complex pool area is open 24/7. Please be aware that there are no lights in or around the pool area though.

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

Great game day stay. Short, safe walk to the stadium. The unit was clean and adorably decorated. We had a wonderful weekend visiting our daughter and going to the game. This unit was close to everything.

Roll Tide
Sunshine Tide was a marvelous condo. The decor is top notch with great bedding and living space. The kitchen was well stocked with even a snack basket. The balcony was a great outside space. The gate entry allowed for extra security. The neighborhood was so close to the stadium and campus. We enjoyed every minute and the kiddos loved the games that were in the unit. Can't wait to stay there again.

This was a great spot for our family. The house is just as you would expect from the information and photos shown. Clean and a perfect setup for the adults/kids in our family. Appliances seem brand new and super clean. Pool and yard are awesome and having the car covered from the June heat was added bonus!

Perfect BAMA Retreat
