Located on the third floor of Building 5, this beautifully appointed condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is the perfect home base for Alabama football weekends, graduation celebrations, family visits, business trips, or a relaxing river getaway.



Step inside and enjoy thoughtful touches throughout the home inspired by the owners’ roots in New Jersey. From coastal décor and Shore-inspired accents to little reminders of life “down the shore,” this condo brings a unique vacation vibe to the heart of Tuscaloosa.



The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home, including cookware, dishes, and coffee essentials featuring both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig K-Cup option. We also provide coffee, cream, and sugar so your first morning starts off easy and relaxing.



The condo features three private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet:



Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, smart TV, bedside lamps, and convenient extra outlets for charging your devices.

Second Bedroom: King-sized bed, smart TV, bedside lamps, and additional charging outlets.

Third Bedroom: Two comfortable twin beds, perfect for children, friends, or additional guests.



Need extra sleeping space? The living room sofa converts into a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for added comfort.

>If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

>Please enter the correct number of people for an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.

>No pets allowed at this property.

>For stays longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.

>This property is equipped with noise monitors. These devices monitor the decimal level of the noise in the units.

>There are exterior security cameras at the property. Guests may not tamper with, cover, or unplug these devices.

>This unit is on the 3rd floor and does NOT have an elevator.
