This splendid apartment has recently been refurbished throughout and has been furnished in a functional manner for any type of traveler. It is located on the second floor of a historic building in a central yet quiet area.

The apartment is very cozy and modern. Upon entering, you will find yourself in the hallway; to your right is the living area, where there is a sofa (which can be set up as an extra bed), an elegant coffee table, a small reading corner with a comfortable armchair, and an elegant floor lamp. The living area is also equipped with a Smart TV where you can connect to Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime with your account.

To the left of the hallway, you will find the bedroom, with a comfortable Queen Size bed measuring 160x190 cm with a headboard, a small wardrobe to store your clothes, and two elegant wall-mounted bedside tables.

Continuing through the living area, on the left, you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. It consists of: an induction hob with 4 burners, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. Completing the kitchen is a full set of pots and pans, plates, various cutlery, and all the utensils needed for cooking. You will also have coffee capsules, tea, and sugar available as a welcome.

From the hallway, you can also access the beautiful and modern bathroom, with a fantastic and spacious glass-enclosed shower, complete sanitary ware, and a sink with a large wall mirror. You will also have a hairdryer, 3 soft towels of different sizes for each guest, and a courtesy kit available.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and an ironing board.
