Naurine

Communication compliquée avant le départ, l'hôtel demande d'aller à plus de 20 min à pieds du logement pour venir chercher les clés, sans moyen de modifier. Nous avons dû passer par le site de l'annonce. Une nouvelle fois, ce n'est pas au client de s'adapter. Une fois arrivés à Turin, aucune info pour récupérer les clés, aucun endroit, il a fallu improviser un escape game devant le logement et demander les informations à plus de 15h. Le logement est introuvable avec les infos données dans la cour, une odeur en rentrant qui n'est pas très agréable. logement correct, néanmoins le canapé est inconfortable, le lit n'est pas double ce sont deux lits simples collés contrairement aux indications qui ne le mentionnent pas. Un rideau de la chambre était tombé, et la personne de l'entretien, l'a déposé sur une étagère..... De plus, le gel douche était vide, ... inutile d'en mettre un dans ces conditions. Enfin, la machine a lavée ne fait pas partie du logement, elle est dehors dans un débarras, une fois de plus ce n'est pas mentionné. Pour finir, il y a eu d'énormes manifestation le samedi de notre séjour, l'hôtel n'a pas jugé utile de nous prévenir que le quartier allait être impraticable, de l'après midi à la soirée... certains articles dans les magasins sont non-autorisé à la vente, les magasins fermés, des hélicoptères qui passe et repasse au dessus du logement, la police partout ... merci
