There’s not deserve even cheapest hotel on the world. There no light toilet. Smell very bad. No Tv. The building under renovation. Breakfast forget it. Reception staf doesn’t speak English or Arabic, only broke France. No information guide you about hotel. No exit fire. I paid to them 135 pounds only more then price a one night. I go booked another hotel in city Tunis near Habib Bourguiba. I will recommend you anyone don’t go please.

A GEM!!

What a gem Dar Fatma turned out to be!! It is walking distance from the market street, but yet tucked away in a quiet corner. The place was clean. Excellent service by the staff. Great breakfast with fresh fruits, bread and tea/ coffee. Highly recommended!

Great people!

The staff are great, the rooms spacious and comfortable. The stay was really nice. Two things i would say for the hotel is one...people came in every night after 23:00 and were quite loud and two, there are a lot of hills coming and going.

The staff was amazing, the place is very beautiful and well taken care of. The only thing was the wifi didn't work which isn't a deal breaker because many cafes nearby do have wifi. I would definitely come back again. The view is second to none.

It was the first bad experience for me, they stole 900€ from my room when I went to tu beach and the owner which was traveling didn’t do anything, they don’t have cameras..... please don’t go there

Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast includes lots of options, including fruits, croissant, and eggs made to order. Staff arranged for taxi ride from the airport. We didn’t get to use the Terrance due to cold weather but it has a beautiful view. Walking distance from the light rail stop and local shopping area. Very safe.

Beautiful little boutique hotel hidden in one of the many small streets of Sidi Bou Said. Loved the style (modern fresh while keeping the overall Tunisian character). Very friendly staff. Next to the lighthouse and a small cemetery and a stone throw away from a little spot overlooking the Mediterranean. The only comments for improvement I have would be to improve on the stunning rooftop (no sun umbrellas despite the scorching heat and the water in the mini pool did not look clean). And my shower (in Nour) did not have a shower curtain meaning I kept flooding the floor.

Paid 2 nights but nobody showed up for us! Avoid!

This place has the worst service we ever encountered around the planet! We booked and paid 2 nights and never saw the interior of that guest house! Nobody cared to answer my calls and no one opened for us. We were hearing the phone ring inside, there was simply no one home! We got the booking and were at the location before 8pm as mentioned in their listing. We ended up getting help from the neighbors in order to book a room in a close by hotel, which was very good. The neighbors of this guest house confirmed to us that it's not the first time they witness bad service and issues with guests. Even the neighbors do not recommend this place. When we reached out to Hotels.com customer service to help us, they also had trouble getting in touch with the manager/owner of that location. We are still waiting for a refund for the $272 USD this fictive booking costed us, since Monday July 16th (we are July 23rd now)! Do yourself a favor and don't even look at this listing. This is a beautiful country and you can find good places with decent to excellent service elsewhere. Enjoy your trip 🙏
