Our property once was a 5 star boutique hotel but due to health reasons, we only rent 1 room. Our caretaker lives on site but out of sight and working elsewhere most of the time.

You have a large expansive tropical garden to yourself, a sense of complete and total privacy and security while being in the heart of the chic part of downtown Tulum, Mexico.

Your private suite features a plush king size high loft bed which you climb 3 steps to get to, many pillows, 1200 thread count sheets, coffee maker, mini bar fridge, wine glasses, plates, etc. Your bathroom features fine English triple milled soaps, imported Italian shampoo, mosaic tile floor and conch shell waterfall shower.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a safe.
