My tulum trip

The property was as it looks on pic but it is in the jungle wifi is real bad out there. The house it self was beautiful but the pool was filthy and not useable as it was the main reason i picked this property the ac unit in the living areas do not work i contacted them numerous times about it and the pool they keep messaging me back saying they would fix it some one is coming this was the whole 5 days i was there the washer n dryer unit does not work property i reported that as well and the laundry room smell like a sewer which clearly indicates a leak of some sort i do not recommend this property they didnt even try to accomodate us by offering a late check out nothing at all i keep all message from the vacasa for legal proof please beware
