The Big Tulsan, a Beautiful 1929 home in mid-town one block from Utica square and less than five minutes away from Cherry street, The Gathering Place and Downtown. You'll love this 3340 sq ft home that has something for everybody. Make coffee or tea your way at the coffee bar. Take a dip in the heated pool while your steaks are cooking on the grill. Make yourself a cocktail at the living room wet bar. Play in an online tournament on the full size Golden Tee video game.
The space
The Big Tulsan has five bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The master Bedroom has a connected office with workstation and private bathroom with jetted tub and shower. The game room has theater seats a 4K tv and a full size Golden Tee game along with a number of board games. Downstairs has a kitchen, living room, dining room and second workstation with wireless printer/scanner. Kitchen has all appliances, microwave, blender, toaster, waffle maker, plates, glasses, silverware, cookware and cooking utensils. Back yard has a heated pool and outdoor kitchen.

Fabulous Friends Gathering

I cannot say enough good things about this house. It had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend with high school girlfriends of over 50 years. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Check in process was so easy check out process was extremely easy. The house was gorgeous and great space for our family to enjoy the Easter weekend! We had people in and out all weekend and had enough space to spread out and not be on top of everyone! The kids and adults alike absolutely loved the pool!
