Other Details
1. This is also OUR home.
• Please respect any and all locked doors, cabinets, and clearly marked private areas.
2. The garage is partitioned for owner use but houses the laundry area, which guests are welcome to use during their stay.
3. This home is thoughtfully decorated with eclectic, delicate décor and may NOT be ideal for young children.
4. Fireplace is decorative only and not functional.
5. Pets Welcome — No Pet Fee — Pet Fine $225
• We welcome pets and currently do NOT charge a pet fee. Because of this, we expect guests to take full responsibility for their animals during the stay.
• We kindly ask guests to follow a few simple pet care expectations, including tidying up, running the vacuum once before checkout, and promptly cleaning up all pet waste.
• This shared care helps our cleaners stay on schedule and allows us to offer later checkouts and earlier check-ins, with only a 3-hour turnover window between stays. If these expectations don’t feel like a good fit, our home may not be the right match.
• Please keep them off furniture when possible. Boho blankets are provided for protection.
• A crate must be provided by the guest and used anytime pets are left unattended in the home.
• A Once over vacuum of your pets pet hair and dander removal; before cleaners arrive.

• Pets must be supervised and the yard must be left clean, free of poop and damage-free out of respect for our home and future guests.

If pet-related cleaning or damage exceeds normal turnover, an additional cleaning or repair fee of $225 will be requested to cover the extra cleaners, time or services required to return the property to guest-ready condition in a short turnover window.

6. Smoking Policy & $350 Fine:

• Smoking or burning of any kind is strictly prohibited inside. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, incense, and anything that burns.

• Vaping is permitted indoors if done respectfully.

A $350 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found, including but not limited to odor, residue, cigarette butts etc— whether or not smoking was observed.
• Ashtrays are provided outside in multiple locations.

7. No Parties or Large Gatherings

• Parties and large gatherings are not permitted at this property.
• Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed. Any additional visitors must be disclosed and approved in advance, along with the reason for their visit. This allows for our space to remain in compliance with guest # allowance; per city ordinance.
• Unapproved guests or gatherings may result in additional fees or immediate cancellation of the reservation per booking policy.
• This helps us maintain a peaceful environment, protect the home and respect our neighbors.

8. Private hot tub ready for your relaxation.

PLEASE READ BEFORE USE!

• Use with care, follow ALL instructions, they are also in guidebook.

Any sign of abuse of these rules will result in additional $400 charge and cleaning fee.

• Before use: PLEASE PRE SHOWER if you have lotions or oils on your skin/ body before use!!!

This is VITALLY important!!

Any lotions; oils; etc on skin destroy the integrity of a clean, healthy tub. Ruins the filters; internal mechanisms.

• NO use of gels, lotions, oils anywhere near the tub.

• This is a medical grade hot tub for healing, peaceful benefits.

• NOT A PARTY TUB!!

• REMOVE cover, crab sponges, floating bromine cartridge.

• Bromine (gentler than chlorine) is used.

• Temp set at 104°F — it is ok to decrease to 101°F but please don’t lower any lower than that unless we coordinate with you.
• The temperature will only remain constant at set temperature if pump 1 is running. And pump 2 is off. Or it might slightly drop in temperature.
• Jets run on a 20-minute timer — Recommended time of hot tub use at a temp of 104 is 20 minutes.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

• After use:
• Put back in crab sponge.
• Put back in floating bromine cartridge.
• Replace cover securely!
HOT TUB USE is at your OWN RISK.

9. Trash & Recycling:
• Grey trash bin located outside in front of the garage.
• Blue recycling bin also available — we encourage mindful recycling!
10. EMCO pest control treats the home, but due to Oklahoma’s climate, critters may still appear — NO refunds for bug or critter sightings; pest control will be contacted if needed.
11. Wildlife such as owls, hawks, foxes, and coyotes frequent this peaceful urban setting — please keep small pets attended, especially outdoors at dawn/dusk.
12. Parking is available in the driveway.
13. The home is monitored by Vivint Security with exterior cameras only — there are no cameras inside the home. Exterior cameras surround entire home.
14. Smart entry via entry code; instructions provided at check-in.
