The house was in the perfect spot for our stay Was very clean and was exactly as described in the ad. Only thing that is can use is better lighting on the outside steps going into the front door and lights in the carport for late night returns to the house. Thank you, we would stay again when coming to town.

Everywhere we visited in Tulsa was a 10-15 minute drive - The Gathering Place, the Greenwood District, and shopping. We appreciated that there were enough beds for all of us to have our own bed.

Owner was easy to communicate with. House was set up in a very welcoming and organized fashion. Very kid friendly. Excellent distance from the fairgrounds which made it easy for our family to come back from the fair at different times based off of energy levels. But not so close to the fair that we were kept up late due to noise.

Lovely home to relax in. The hot tub was great, my son was sad to leave it. Everything was easy to manage, nice location near everything you'd like to do in Tulsa! Cozy and clean. The backyard was nice as well.

Family wedding wkend stay

We were in Tulsa for my niece’s wedding! The house was perfect for us and our adult children. It just so happens that the location was close to our events and was also close to yummy restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!!

College Graduation

We were in town to celebrate my son's graduation from college. We had extended family staying with us, and the Magnolia House handled us well. We hosted a small luncheon and later enjoyed the hot tub. Great location (for us near UTulsa) with plenty of parking.

Fantastic House!

An excellent house to stay in when in Tulsa. Decorated nicely with all the important amenities. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee maker was great. Hot tub clean and easy to use. Nice back yard for frisbee. The hosts communicated very well. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you so much Jennifer!

Wonderful place to stay!!

Jen made the entire stay seamless from check in to check out. The home was very clean, had everything you could possibly need, and was in a very safe area - we even saw neighborhood security driving at night which made us feel even more safe. We had plenty of room for a group of 5. We were able to comfortably park 3 vehicles in the driveway. Jen also made an exception for my Pyrenees to stay with us - he loved the back yard! The welcome book was full of great suggestions - velvet taco is a must if you’re staying here. Being centrally located, we were able to get everywhere we needed with ease. We cooked dinner one night, despite setting off the smoke alarm (I am not Gordon Ramsey) the property provided all cookwares and even spices! We loved this property so much that our group is wanting to go back later this year!! Big thank you to Jen and her family for allowing us to stay!!

Magnolia House

The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable, and Jen and Matt had so many little, nice touches that made everything perfect! Jen quickly responded to any messages we sent her. The yard was large and fenced, so our dogs were safe.We would definitely stay here again, if our travels take us to Tulsa!

Great stay!

We loved our stay! The property was very clean and well organized. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to food and activities. It was the perfect location to visit our son at TU. It was convenient for him to come by between and after classes to hang out with the family.

Cheer Comp

We were in town for a cheer comp, it was perfectly located minutes (walking if it wasn't snowy) away from the venue. the "kids" bedroom was great they enjoyed the games and hanging out in the downtime! We had everything we could of needed. I do wish there was a shovel as it was snowy/icy on arrival and drive/walk wasn't shoveled well, Saturday it warmed up so we would have loved to push the slush off the walking areas but didn't have a way to do that and next morning for departure was a bit of a skating party. We are Midwesterners ourselves so not a huge deal just an addition that would be fabulous in the winter months! Overall it was perfect and we would stay again if we are back in the area! Jen is very easy to get a hold of and communicates well if there is a need or questions.
