The bedrooms provide a new king bed and TV in one room while the 2nd provides a double / twin bunk with twin trundle, also with its own TV. The comfortable living room has all new leather furniture with a power recliner, flowing into the open dining room. The 55-inch 4k Fire Television in the living area has all your streaming services and guest Wi-Fi is available for your devices. The Kitchen has all new butcher block countertops and new bespoke appliances with a gas-convection oven and stove, a large microwave, dishwasher refrigerator/freezer, and a Krieg coffee maker with provided coffee pods to get you going in the mornings. For the Cooks, a full assortment of pots, pans, serving ware, and place settings for six. The all-new bathroom is equipped with a large tiled shower, a large bowl sink on butcherblock counter, with towels, wash cloths, shampoo and soaps, and a hair dryer for your convenience. From the dining room through the double french doors is the Sunroom, furnished with Amish Loomis Mission Indian Blanket furniture, providing a secondary living space with an additional 55”-inch 4k Fire TV. The sunroom overlooks the large stone patio that is furnished with an outdoor dining table and 4 chairs, love seat sofa and love seat glide. Also provided is a wood-burning chimnea and a propane-assist charcoal grill. The yard is fenced and ready to enjoy with your dog(s). Full-size washer and dryer are available, located within the Sunroom for easy access. The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Change of towels is available on request.
