Groomsmen for 8/17 Wedding

The home is incredible. My son and his groomsmen had lots of fun fishing, playing basketball, playing video games, playing pool and hanging out. Could not have asked for a better home for all of them. Very spacious, clean, and perfect for the occasion! Would love to come back here again!

Perfect weekend with family

When we arrived at 3pm the care taker was just taking off so we easily made our way into the house. The landscape was well taken care of and house was clean. We really enjoyed the pond and eating out on the deck with family and a few friends. The kids fished, kayaked, played basketball, jumped on the trampoline, swung on the tire swing and hung out in the theater room. It was the perfect place for a family with kids of all ages and the rooms were amazing with almost all of them having king sized beds. They also had all the items we needed for our 1.5 year old for bedding and eating. Also a plus that they had box fans in the rooms for whitenoise. They house it tucked away from everything and very secluded but only 10 mins from anything you might need. Would recommend staying here and most likely will come back.

Grand Tulsa Getaway

The house and property are beautiful. It was very relaxing and enjoyed much fishing in the pond. The booklet in the house needed to be updated and said the paddle boat and waterfall were available, however they were not. The walking trails were difficult to find as the booklet noted to not walk where there was uncut grass. Scott was very helpful in answering our questions and clarifying in a prompt manner. The house was clean for most part, but found a gooey black/green substance on windows by the loft. It looked like fungus, but it was easy to clean. There was lots of dust under the beds and in areas not walked. (For those who have allergies to dust) The front glass storm door had screws that kept coming out making the door difficult to close. These are minor issues, but wanted to note to address for those who stay next. Many in the family said this was their best vacation ever because of the beautiful home, the extra space to spread out, the activities that were provided on site and off site and the pond and fishing being so close. Thank you.

Family, Fishing and Fresh Air - Fabulous

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. All the king-sized beds were great and very comfortable. Everyone had a quiet place to retreat to after playing together outside all day. It was the perfect setting for teaching our young nieces and nephews how to fish. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Awesome family getaway

We were in Tulsa for a sporting event at the Expo center. This house was perfect for our large family! Exactly as described pictures are very accurate. The whole family had a great time. The check in/out, and communication were easy. Everything is in the book or is labeled with instructions. Great place to relax and enjoy yourself.

Family reunion

We really enjoyed this beautiful and secluded property. Our grandchildren loved the play equipment, the tire swing and seeing the wildlife. The home is spacious and very comfortable. Loved having four King sized beds. Media room was a hit on a rainy day. We visited the Discovery Lab and the kids had a blast there too. Management was responsive and helpful.

This is a lovely place to stay, especially for a large group

This house is beautiful with a large kitchen and eating area. There is a large deck in back with a waterfall and paddleboat. The owners thought of everything and were very responsive to our questions and needs.

Beautiful setting

The kids loved the play set and the trampoline- the chairs by the pond were not safe to use- still some air conditioning issues in the Master Bedroom- Would have given. 5 rating if these were not issues- the house was amazing otherwise- could have used bowls - only 4 in the kitchen for cereal.

Deserved 5 stars but could only give 4.

Rented property for a family trip with grandkids in warm May. Secluded, nice property with private pond guarded by towering trees in a relaxing setting. Fun outdoor provisions included trampoline, swing/slide playset, paddleboat, backyard fire pit, great backyard deck & view. Pool table and playroom inside. Nicely furnished (shampoo,etc), very roomy, comfortable beds. Modern fixtures & appliances. The only downside was with the air-conditioning in very warm weather. The upstairs bedrooms never got cool, and the downstairs MBR suite did not cool sufficiently. The owner said he had the HVACs repaired recently so they should be working, but he would not able to get the units repaired or replaced during our stay. He offered a full refund but we declined due to the logistics hassle of relocating. He also offered to install a window a/c unit but that wouldn't have helped our situation. Instead we just moved everyone downstairs where the a/c was cooling adequately (except the MBR). Cozy and much less than ideal but a workable solution. They did provide a nominal refund for the a/c inconvenience, though. The stay would have been excellent if not for the a/c. Presumably the owner will get that fixed and it won't be a problem for future guests.

Owner is fantastic

We were a bit surprised when we checked in to see that the property is still going through a refresh. But, our stay was FANTASTIC! We had several children of all ages that found tons to do and it never felt cramped. And, the trails offered lots of fun. We only wish we had been during the summer to see the full beauty of the place. We reached out to the owner with a few questions and he was always fast to respond and so friendly! Definitely worth booking.
