Lewiston Gardens is a beautiful midtown neighborhood located close to both Utica Square (1 mile) and Cherry Street (1/2 mile). St. John 1 mile away, TU 1.3 miles, Expo Square 1.5 miles, Gathering Place 3 miles away, and Downtown 4 miles
Most of the homes in Lewiston Gardens were built before and during World War II. Many homes, such as ours, have been recently renovated and carry some of the highest per square foot values in Tulsa. There are around 300 homes in the neighborhood located between 15th Street and 21st Street and Lewis Avenue and the Broken Arrow Expressway.
There are high quality schools in the area, Cascia Hall and Monte Cassino are around 1 mile from the home.

Elegant, beautiful, practical homes
The houses are well equipped and beautifully decorated. The host anticipated our needs! Having a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space. We barbecued one night, and the patio area was lovely.

Amazing perfect property….. we loved both of the houses located on the property. The homes were very well-maintained and in great condition. Lots of parking… located in an amazing safe neighborhood with restaurants and businesses. The customer service before and during our stay was A+ A+!!

Awesome location and rental property!
The owners were very responsive to any thing and everything. The 2 houses were filled with highend decor and furnishings. Coffee, creamer, sugar, shampoo...etc. were provided. Grill worked for a great breakfast. Stocked kitchen with plates, pans, air fryer, etc. Best vrbo experience to date!
