We arrived at the hotel and when we went to the room it was nothing like the pictures. The room was not clean and the pillows were dirty. They gave us new pillows. The shower was not good it took forever to get hot water.

Pésimo servio y atención del hotel

El servicio pésimo, el check out esta marcado 1230pm y a las 12pm entra la Camarista a la habitación para saber si me iba a quedar o ya desocupara la habitación. Dice que toco la puerta, yo no escuche. Hablo a recepción y me dicen que es a las 12 el check out y si me paso tengo que pagar media renta. No entiendo porque no respetan los horarios y/o políticas. Por otro lado dice que cuenta con servicio de café en áreas y NO es verdad. Muy mala experiencia.
