Nestled amidst the Sonoran Desert, our property also offers quick access to bike paths and parks.

The perfect spot for me and my 19 year old daughter to spend some away time. Bedrooms were nice sizes and are upstairs with deck off the master -- perfect for morning coffee and planning how to spend the day. Kitchen was well stocked with all the pots you need for whatever you choose to whip up (I even baked a cake while there). Great, quiet neighborhood with very easy access to grocery stores, coffee houses, restaurants and lots to see and do in the area. Our hosts were super responsive when we had any type of question and check-in/check-out were super easy. Would definitely stay again.

The house and property were very clean and everything was as expected. The pool and balcony are very nice. Johnny was very attentive to our questions. The location was great for us with family in the area, convenience to essentials, and access to activities.

Sage House ROCKED!!!

This home was excellent for an extended 5-week stay, which included family visit over a 4-day weekend. So much to say about what makes this a great rental, but I have to begin with the Host Johnny, who was exceptional at communicating prior to and during the stay. Johnny was very hospitable, friendly, polite, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The is well equipped from the 75" TV and soundbar in the living room, to the TV's in the master bedroom and guest bedrooms. The kitchen appliances, plates, silverware, cooking pots & pans and refrigerator were all top notch. The host also included coffee, snacks, and children's beverages, not to mention kid sized plates and cups. The home also features a kid play area with its own TV, kid sized furniture, and games, perfect for keeping my 9 and 11 year old grandsons entertained. Then of course there was the pool, which was easy to request the days we wanted it heated and the various seating areas, new chase lounge chairs for tanning, and propane clean. Perhaps the best thing was how clean the home is, including all the beds and bathrooms. Finally, the home is located is quiet neighborhood, located close to a city park, biking/walking trails, restaurants, grocery stores, and local attractions. I come to Oro Valley each winter for several weeks. This was my first stay in the Sage House, I highly recommend it, and requested an extended stay again for 2026.

Perfect for our family

We were in Tucson visiting grandparents and his house was absolutely perfect. Beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and close by to everything you could possibly need - restaurants, stores, and walking trails with views. Tucson was chillier than expected when we arrived, but the pool heater worked great and the kiddos could still take full advantage. The house is very well suited for itty bitties too … childproofed and even a little area just for them with toys. Would highly recommend!

The home was clean. A great location for stores and restaurants. We were easily able to walk 4+miles each day within the neighborhood with sidewalks and trails. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils and dishes including child friendly dishes, cups and utensils. Peaceful decor in a convenient location.
