A Lovely Place

We really enjoyed staying here. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning kept it cool, and the pool was great.The owner was very responsive when I had questions. We would love to stay here again!

Great 2 Bdrm Townhome in Tucson

We arrived a little later than we thought and had some trouble with the directions to get the front door open. I finally called Aniel and he walked us through it, I think we were tired from the long drive from Texas and were just feeling a little “fuzzy”. Once we got the door open, it was immaculately clean and very spacious inside. We did have to wait until the next day for our parking pass to arrive, via Mike, the on-site manager. We were a little worried about our vehicle overnight, but it was fine—no HOA ticket or anything. We had no further issues. We were so busy visiting and attending my 45th High School Reunion that I never managed to get to the pool or hot tub, but there was a key and they were right across the street from the townhome. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe with the gated entrance, front gate to townhome which is lockable, and the door code for the front door which was uniquely ours. We utilized the washer and dryer and had no issues. We felt that Aniel informing us of extra energy costs being added if we used over a certain kilowatts per hour while there was a little over the top. We have been to many AirBnB’s and VRBO’s and they usually just ask you to turn it way up or way down when you leave. Also the extra parking pass fee if you have a larger vehicle that won’t fit in the garage was a little steep and he even went up to $100 after our visit per his updated info on VRBO. We felt he was already asking a prime rental fee.
