Wonderful stay

It was a wonderful stay the host was super kind and easy to communicate with, I had to ask him how to get into the property because there wasn’t any instructions in the “here are your keys email” but he had no issues explaining when asked. While he owned the house in front he respected the privacy of those staying in the rental and only came when asked or needed. Would honestly recommend to anyone staying in Tuscon to stay here it’s simple and has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again

Everything was really clean, host was polite, just needs to return calls/messages in a timely manner or let you know that he will answer you upon getting off work. Suggestion, maybe list a good time for calls/messages to be received

A trip to remember

We did not stay at the property. We arrived at 2 AM and were unsure how to access the property. It was not clearly stated in the description that it was a Casita type house. I tried to call the host but no answer. And called the Verbo representative and they tried with no answer. Which is understandable it was 2 AM, however with a pit bull running the streets I was not getting out. The host has been very commutative after, however we were not able to stay and had to find a hotel on short notice. The rep said we would get refunded and now they will not hold up to their word. Very disappointing.
