Nice place, but needs a bit of maintenance

Mr. Coffee machine was non-functional, it heated but coffee could not flow from basket into carafe. Ice in auto-ice-maker in freezer had frozen into a solid mass. Sink in main bathroom downstairs drains very slowly. Probably hair clog in the trap or on the sink drain stopper.
