Plus, the home offers family-friendly amenities, including a Pack 'n Play, a high chair, children's plastic dinnerware, a baby gate, toys, and games. Central heating keeps the home warm and cozy in colder weather. The full kitchen is equipped to cook up your favorite family recipes to share at the dining table, or use the coffee maker to make a hot mug of coffee or hot cocoa.

Tahoe Donner Amenity Access – Important Information for Guests

Beginning January 1, 2026, Short-Term Tenant Card access to private amenities will be unavailable on designated blackout dates to prioritize homeowner access during peak times.

Blackout Dates (No Private Amenity Access):

January 17–19 (MLK Weekend)
February 14–16 (Presidents’ Day Weekend)
May 23–25 (Memorial Day Weekend)
July 1–5 (Fourth of July Holiday)
September 5–7 (Labor Day Weekend)
November 26–29 (Thanksgiving Weekend)
December 24 – January 3, 2027 (Christmas & New Year’s Holiday)
Private Amenities (Access with valid Short-Term Tenant Card when available):

Trout Creek Recreation Center (Year-Round)
Beach Club Marina (Seasonal)
Tennis & Pickleball Center (Seasonal)
Northwoods Pool (Seasonal)
Daily Access Fees for Private Amenities:

Ages 0–2: Free
Ages 3–6: $10 per person
Ages 7 and up: $30 per person
One Short-Term Tenant Card is required per person, ages 3 and older
Public Amenities:

Short-Term Tenant Cards are not required for public amenities
Short-term guests are always welcome
Public rates apply

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pellet stove is not operational.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
