Looks good, fails on basics

Rooms were clean and nicely designed, though the sink in the bedroom and shower opening straight into it felt improvised and odd. Staff were kind but very young and a bit clueless. The real issues were with service: despite requesting a cot for our daughter, none was provided, we were told at 10:30pm (4 hours later) they were “finished,” and only given a changing mat. At breakfast, a sign at the entrance instructed guests to clear their own tables, which felt ridiculous in a hotel setting. Decaf wasn’t served unless we took capsules to make it ourselves in our room. With the excuse of “eco-friendliness,” we felt that toiletries were minimal and there was no bottled water in the rooms. Overall, service and standards fell well below what you’d expect at a 4 stars hotel.

Très bon hôtel 4 étoiles, nous avons eu un petit soucis car nous avions demandé à ce que notre chambre soit nettoyer et ça n'a pas été fait mais nous en avons discuté avec le responsable qui c'est excusé et nous a directement surclassé. Le restaurant est bon, mais les serveuses manque d'expérience .. sinon l'hôtel est très propre avec de bon service et très bien situé. Je vous le recommande

Qualité mitigée…

Le personnel à l’accueil est franchement extra, mais, ainsi que je l’ai dit… -19 euros pour un petit-déjeuner où l’amateur de fromage ne trouve certains matin que de vulgaires tranches de Comté, c’est une indécent. -L’absence de savon et de shampoing dans les douches parce que le réassortiment n’est pas fait, c’est également indécent.
