Centrally situated very comfortable hotel

Convenient and central with Parking and a map ! to find the garage. Stylish and comfortable room. Lovely bathroom with separate toilet. Public rooms and Spa very well appointed. Generous breakfast, although one morning short staffing led to longer waits than other day, when service was excellent and buffet well stocked. Convenient dropping off space for luggage prior to parking.

NIce hotel, well located close to the old town.There were lots of nice shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The hotel was clean and well maintained. There was good secure parking (80m walk) but you have to book in advance as there are limited spaces.

The breakfast was phenomenal, many steps above the usual meh cheese, cold cuts, and mediocre pastries. I don't normally take breakfast because it is usually so underwhelming, but I misunderstood and thought it was included in my room. However, I was very happy to pay the nominal amount for the outstanding quality freshness and variety of everything they had to offer.

Great Stay

Perfectly located in the middle of Troyes and easy to find. The car park is located a couple of minutes walk away, but on arrival at the hotel, they will lower the bollards so you are able to unload suitcases etc. A comfortable bed and a good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again!
