Located in a meticulously restored historic Ilium building, that is in the very heart of Downtown Troy, this stunning apartment offers a unique blend of old-world charm and modern sophistication. With breathtaking city views and high-end finishes throughout, this is the ultimate luxury getaway.
This studio apartment is set with a queen bed.
The living room is set with a queen pull out sofa that can be used for sleeping.

Public transportation, Uber, Lyft and taxis are available throughout the city.

We have an event venue in this building, we may host events during your stay, ongoing construction in other parts of the building that may result in some noise during the business hours, and is planned to be complete by fall 2026.
House rules
1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other tenants and airbnb guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.
3. No pets allowed
4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $150 late fee.
6. This building has an event venue on the top floor. We may have events going on there during your stay.
7. There is an ongoing construction on the lower levels in the building. Some noise during the business hours may be expected.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.

The property itself was excellent - very clean and nice, check in was easy, and the owner was very responsive. The biggest drawback was the area, which felt very unsafe to be walking around in and leaving a car overnight. Parking was an issue, as the listing cited “parking available” but that turned out to be parking on the street or in a garage a short distance away. Some of the town signs were not very clear, and my daughter’s car ended up getting towed, resulting in travel difficulties and added expense. I certainly don’t lay these concerns on the property owner, but things that are important to know before coming to the area. Again, the space itself was excellent and the building secure, but the surrounding variables are important to keep in mind.
