Delightful Spot!

Great property shared with other guests. The pool overlooking the ocean was fantastic. The balcony with wide open doors was nice to utilize. Would definitely stay here again.

Significant noise issues at property ruined are stay and are / were not fully disclosed

RENTER BEWARE, PROPERTY IS LOCATED TWO DOORS DOWN FROM A BAR / EVENT SPACE THAT PLAYS LOUD MUSIC UNTIL 4 AM. DUE TO A LACK OF NOISE INSULATION IN THE UNITS, IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY YOU’LL BE ABLE TO SLEEP WHEN THIS OCCURS. The close vicinity to the space & risk for noise wasn’t disclosed / is why I am documenting this for future guests. We contacted the property manager (PM) that night seeking assistance and got no response for 12+ hours until we followed up the next day with a video demonstrating the noise levels at 2:30a from within the guest rooms. Also, shortly before arrival, was informed that there’d be ‘a couple of guys doing maintenance work’ during our stay (we were only guests at property). The work turned out to be drilling & grinding with heavy machinery & made it far too loud to relax at the pool or nap. Dealt with this noise 4 of the 5 days during our stay. When we asked the PM to stop the drilling & grinding, was told they had ‘a massive group arriving on Wednesday’ & ‘had to get done’. IMAGINE BEING TOLD AS A GUEST THAT THE QUALITY OF YOUR VACATION IS BEING SACRIFICED TO PRIORITIZE OTHER GUESTS IN THE FUTURE. The last major issue with the property is the low quality, rock-hard beds. It’s a shame we had these issues, as the property does have a lovely pool & is right on the beach. However, if you value peace & quiet during your beach vacation, the vicinity to the bar & lack of noise insulation creates a large risk for a bad experience.

Great Location

Very relaxing and within walking distance of many restaurants and small stores. Need more shade umbrellas for pool. Great to have shared kitchen w/refrig/freezer. Very clean and safe feeling. Loved option of open deck doors or AC. Bed was unusually firm that challenged our older body comfort. It is right on the beach so the sound of the ocean waves is very relaxing. The beach is wonderful for walking in either direction. The pool is one of the prettiest we have seen. We will definitely book here again and recommend it.
