Everything was fine other than trying to understand the recycling regime. Hopefully I got it right. There was a broken glass in the dishwasher, probably caused by previous occupants following instructions (run the dishwasher before leaving) but the large wine glass must have moved. Very minor issue, and overall I would happily recommend.

Lovely, clean, warm spacious apartment with lovely views. Walking distance to most attractions with supermarkets nearby. We didn't want to leave. Could do with a wardrobe /storage units. Definitely recommend staying here. Communication with owners was good with them providing us with bus numbers from the airport to the apartment, along with a PDF map showing the route to walk when getting off the bus.

Very happy with our stay and would come back! The contactless check in was very easy and convenient. The property sends emails at each stage of the stay with detailed information of how to check in and out and made it really easy. The area is super close to everything you need and you can walk to most things. There was a washing machine in the room which was super convenient. There were so many restaurants in walking distance and the best little cafe Vervet Bakeri across the street with the best sandwiches and baked goods. The only thing I found odd was that the bedroom window was to the hallway, a little strange but once the curtains are closed it’s not an issue. Very spacious room with everything you need. Very happy with our stay!

Nice apartment. Hard to find the location and the instructions for check-in from e mail was not very clear, no counter or office, have to call them to get code, but they closed at 5:00 PM.

Lovely modern apartment in the now developed old dockyard area which has some great bars, restaurants and bakery all within the site . I loved that the area had retained some of its historic features and the polar museum was just a few minute away . Quieter location near the bridge and opposite Atlantic catherdral but also easy access to everything Walking about 10-15 mins to Tromso centre / bus station and a lovely walk along harbour front or alternatively 5 mins to end of the main shopping area. Flat was spacious and well presented . Bedroom is small but functional ( I found it strange the window looks out into the internal corridor and through more external glass but no issues you have curtains ! ) Lovely hot shower and great views out across to the cable car and town ( no view of artic cathedral from our apartment ) My only issue would be around storage for clothes Would have loved some drawers in the big hall as there was nowhere to keep case or unpack and store in the bedroom and there’s certainly space in the hallway for a chest of drawers . Appreciated that left luggage was available on check out day . Would definitely stay here again .

Nice cosy apartment

Nice cosy apartment. We had a comfortable stay. There was some initial confusion about the point of entry for the apartment complex. So to help anyone else who may be equally confused upon arrival I made sure I noted down the what3words location for the door to the lobby of the apartment building. It’s doll.triads.vowing. Hope this helps others.

This property was perfect for our visit to Tromsø Norway. Communication with this property was excellent! It was extremely clean apartment and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having a washer and everything dried perfectly by morning, even though there wasn’t a dryer. I would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you very much.

We got a full-size, tastefully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. It was in great condition and clean. It was nice to come back at the end of the day and have a spacious living room for relaxing and a dining room. Kitchen was very convenient for staying in for breakfast and having quick meals. It had serveware, knives, pots and pans and some cleaning supplies. Much better than a hotel room. Vervet is a new development so there was construction outside the buildings and it was a bit of a walk to the center of town where most of the restaurants are and where tours pickup and dropoff. My only complaint was that the curtains for ALL the windows weren't wide enough to cover the windows. The drapes on the glass patio doors weren't wide enough to cover the doors either. A privacy problem - especially on the ground floor.

Very convenient location to the main area of Tromso. There was some construction near by but never heard any noise. It was nice having a kitchen, however batteries needed to be replaced on something with the stovetop so it didn’t work the first night which was frustrating. Would still stay here again!

Hotel was new and modern and was right next to the water! Bus stop was right down the street and a short walk from the downtown area and many restaurants and docks. Living room was nice and big and had a nice balcony for viewing sunsets. The bedroom has a window viewing into the hallway and while there were curtains, the motion activated lights were somewhat distracting as people walked by at night. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked and creaked with every small movement. Very easy check in and out and luggage storage.

The location is good, but the managing company was terrible. Check in was from 3pm, but ourselves & 2 other guests were left waiting by the key boxes for 20 minutes (in the rain & cold).After lots of phone calls saying they were on their way, we eventually got our keys, but the person wasn’t very helpful in directing us where to go. Its a fairly big complex. Apartment had a better than expected view, but lacked privacy. It was ground floor with lots of people walking by. One window without curtains, one which didn’t fit & was hanging off (think the track was broken). The bedroom had some light voiles, but considering there were 3 big security lights nearby these were inappropriate for cutting out the light. When contacting the admin to see if something could be done, they first said they would send someone the first night or following day, then they said they couldn’t deal with things at short notice & it wasn’t their responsibility. After about 3 days someone showed up & put some curtains in the bedroom, which almost blocked the light and fitted one curtain over the exposed window, which wasn’t wide enough to cover the whole window but a significant improvement. The managing company were unprofessional and I am surprised that more people haven’t complained.

Northern lights

The checkin was very efficient and instructions to the apartment good. The apt was very warm and comfortable. Kitchen utensils were a bit Spartan. In order to recycle we probably needed better instructions as to the whereabouts of the bins and having plastic bags matching the instructions
