Das Objekt ist leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche hat starke Gebrauchsspuren, die Betten sind durchgelegen, Schränke und Vorhänge riechen muffig und im Bad wurde der Schimmel notdürftig überstrichen.Auch die Außenanlagen bedarf dringender Renovierung und leider ist die Anlage auch nicht eingezäunt, weshalb es ziemlich nach Wildschweinkot riecht, welcher leider auch nicht beseitigt wird. Laut Aussage der Agentur ist das wohl in Kauf zu nehmen.Der Blick von der Terrasse ist schön!

È la seconda volta che passo le mie vacanze a costa Paradiso, è un posto stupendo, immerso nella natura e con dei panorami mozzafiato. Anche questa volta è stata una vacanza piacevolissima, la villetta ginepro arancione è molto carina, accogliente e pulita. Ideale per chi ha bambini, piscina davanti alla villa e spazio attorno per giocare. Il villaggio possiede tutto, supermercati, diversi ristoranti, farmacia e negozi. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile. Consiglio vivamente una vacanza con Sardinia Unlimited!
