Experience breathtaking bay views from this stunning downtown loft, ideally situated across from the iconic State Theater and just steps away from Traverse City’s best restaurants and shops.
As you enter the loft, you'll find a spacious open-concept living room with a wall mounted tv and kitchen, complete with a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basic kitchen essentials. A starter pack of consumables are provided for the guests.
Down the hall, the first bedroom features a queen bed and closet. Adjacent to this room is the first full bathroom, which includes a dual vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. The master bedroom offers a king bed, closet, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom for added comfort. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, and a clothing rack with hangers.
The condo offers two entrances: one off Front Street, and another at the rear of the building, where you'll find three dedicated parking spots and stairs leading up to the second entrance. Inside, enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.
