The house is located at the end of a closed residential street right in the town of Tullebølle and overlooking open fields where fallow deer pass by. Visit the main town of the island Rudkøbing, with stores and cafes, as well as Ristinge Klint, the lighthouse Keldsnor Fyr and the fishing and sailing port Bagenkop. Vacations in full nature with quiet and family friendly activities close by are waiting for you.

Haus in schöner Umgebung mit Mängeln

Das Haus ist super zentral gelegen, in einem schönen ruhigen Dorf mit Bäcker und Supermarkt. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Meer, in der schönen Kleinstadt Rudkøbing und an der Brücke Richtung Fyn. Der Zustand des Hauses überzeugte uns leider nicht. Es gab gravierende Mängel in der Sauberkeit (sehr sehr viele Spinnen und Staub). Nur der Boden im Haus sah einigermaßen sauber aus. Vor dem Bezug mussten die Zimmer erst von uns geputzt werden. In der Küche waren Pfannen und Töpfe klebrig. Am besten Kochlöffel... selbst mitbringen. Der Herd war auch in keinem guten Zustand. Der Kühlschrank roch unangenehm. Das Bad ist alt, in der Dusche fehlte eine Ablagefläche und ein Duschvorhang. Von den 3 Schlafzimmern war leider nur eines wirklich gut. Ein Zimmer war wegen des schlechten Zustand für uns nicht benutzbar. Es benötigt dringend einen neuen Anstrich! Der großzügige Wohn-/Essbereich dagegen ist gemütlich eingerichtet. An sich hätte das Haus einen wunderschönen Garten mit Terrasse. Leider lagen im Garten noch Hundhaufen von anderen Gästen mit Hund. Und die Terrasse war so verschmutzt, dass wir sie nicht benutzt haben. Bei einer besseren Reinigung und nach kleineren Reparaturarbeiten wäre es ein tolles Haus in einer wirklich wunderbaren Umgebung!

Eigentlich gut

Das Haus ansich ist sehr schön, geräumig und alles notwendige vorhanden. Leider wird das Gebäude anscheind wenig gepflegt. Die Schränke sind fast komplett belegt.
