"Ive stayed here many, many times before but this time things were difficult. I was moved to 4 different rooms! No hot water, staff dont speak english and were oblivous at the inconvenience caused by having to change rooms. The hotel is deteriorating and way over due a significant refurbishment. Cleaning could easily be improved. The gym and pool are good and thankfully they are beginning to replace the sunbeds after many years of them being cracked and broken. Breakfast area is jam packed withoit enough tables to accommodate the hundreds of diners."
