The staff at reception and in the dining room, plus the Cafe Maure, were friendly, helpful and pleasant. Meals were good - plenty of choice, and the room was bright and comfortable. A good stay in Tozeur !!

The place feels like an odd mixture of a five star hotel and an inn, and fair value. My favorite part of the stay was a half day excursion program from the front desk at 250 dinars. Time-budget friendly, quite comprehensive, and you get what you came to Tozeur for.

The balcony door could not lock The hotel is dated, however, the condition of the hotel matches the price, it met the expectations Hotel had beautiful dates palms in front of the hotel, full of ripe dates. Having a beer on the restaurant terrace after a long day was nice. Smoking in the restaurant was not not nice

Good value and pleasent stay

I waited until I had stayed in 6 different hotels in Tunisia to review, so I had comparisons. I feel this was a good value. My room was large with a terrace, and a view of the desert. I wish there was a kettle in the room though! The pool was large, sparkling and very inviting. Overall a good experience and fair price.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. They went out of our way to make our stay great. The communal areas all had the wow factor. The room was well set out, but very dated with broken cupboard doors. There weren't many plugs either, but luckily we had brought an adapter. The food was OK and the selection was different each day. The view and surrounding area made up for any defects in the room. We loved this place! We stepped into our balcony in the morning to look down at the swimming pool and out into the desert. It was particularly exciting when we realised we could see camels too. We had a lovely time in Tozeur and really enjoyed our stay. Information for future guests: we had to pay a deposit for a safe key and for a kettle for the room (both were returned when we left).

This hotel is outdated, the service is horrible, the restaurant is a complete disaster. I don’t believe it’s a 4 stars hotel! I think it wouldn’t even get a one star. The only positive thing about it is the location.

Disappointed with our stay in this hotel. We had a broken fridge which the door fell off in the porter's hands when demonstrating it, a random shelf sat on the sideboard and a broken shower. It would just take a little maintenance to be a good place.

This place may have been lovely at one point, but that was at 30-40 years ago, and I don’t think anything has been updated since. My room was dusty, the bathroom had chipped tiles in the floor, the bathtub/shower was gross, the stool at the mirror had HEAVY rust on the legs, the furniture in the room was LITERALLY falling apart, electrical sockets didn’t work, and half the lights didn’t work. The whole place smells like cigarettes. I’ve admittedly stayed in worse places than this on my travels around the globe, but this is definitely up there. You are better off booking somewhere else.

Une honte! Vols d’argents a l’arrivĂ©e on nous demande une taxe de sĂ©jour de 12 dinars alors que celle ci a dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© payer dans notre rĂ©servation. TrĂšs dĂ©cevant, ne vaut rĂ©ellement pas un 4 Ă©toiles mais seulement 1 Ă©toile pour l'extĂ©rieur Il semble abandonnĂ©. . Le reste: pas de mĂ©nage effectuĂ© dans notre chambre, chambre et salle de bain insalubres ,frigo ne fonctionnent pas Serviettes et draps usĂ©s Dans la piĂšce, il y avait des cĂąbles qui sortaient du mur sans aucune boĂźte le petit dĂ©jeuner n’est pas bon du tout et limitĂ© aucun fruit mĂȘme pas de datte le pdj fini a 9h!! climatisation non fonctionnelle.De plus, il y avait des bruits constants venant du couloir (chariots, voix, cris) Conseils pour tous les voyageurs, Ă©vitez cet hĂŽtel et si vous y allez .personnel dĂ©passĂ© et perdu, direction Ă  la limite du correct, pas de geste commercial. Attention aux supplĂ©ments qui vont vous rajouter en arrivant .Je payerai pour mon fils 198 dinar pour un lit cassĂ© il dort sur deux planches plus de taxe de sĂ©jour qui Ă©tait inclus sur Expedia Dans la chambre, les murs sont couverts de toutes sortes de traces (de mains, de chaussures, de saletĂ©) et ça juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du lit. PoussiĂšre, couverture de lit dĂ©fraĂźchie, literie vraiment inconfortable et dĂ©coration qui date et qui a vĂ©cue. En plus de ça, malheureusement ne comptez pas sur la gentillesse du personnel qui n’est ni agrĂ©able, ni serviable Dommage Tozeur est une belle rĂ©gion avec de super activitĂ©s cet hĂŽtel nous a gĂąchĂ© notre escapade
