Nice but needs a deep clean
The cabin is nice and cozy. The hot tub was used every day. The kids enjoyed the loft area and all the games. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. The kitchen and sheets were clean. It felt clean upon first arrival. The longer we stayed the more it was evident it needs a deep clean. Not just a quick turn over between stays. Dust and hair in the corners of the rooms, found a cigarette filter in the hot tub, and the main baths drain was clogged with the last persons hair. It barley drained. Pretty gross, and if the cleaner had cleaned the shower it should have been noticed. It filled up pretty quick. Made me doubt if the shower had even been cleaned. We also had an issue with the key code not working. Had to call vacassa when we got there and again the next day.

Great get-away
So, getting there is a little confusing, i wish the houses were labeled better especially since the roads are very narrow, which makes turning around tough if u make a wrong turn.
The property was great! I really enjoyed the big porch with the view and the hot tub. It was just the escape we needed.

Great lil cabin
This was a great lil cabin, close to enough things but far enough you didnt feel like you were right in town. Loved the location , close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, close to the Foothills Parkway. We were down to ride the smokies on our motorcycle. The drive is pretty steep, be prepared. There isnt anywhere to turn around at the top of the hill at the cabin. Didnt bother me, we towed my bike behind our Jeep and I backed the trailer up the drive, unloaded my bike and then unhooked the trailer and shoved it to the back of the cabin. My wife rode down the mountain and back up multiple times. Definitely keep your momentum if on a motorcycle. Would definitely stay again.
