Charming Provencal house in the heart of the Fayence region
## Space
The house consists of two floors and has been designed so that the interior and exterior are one. Indeed, the entire ground floor opens directly onto the various outdoor spaces: pool side or garden side.
The pool side therefore serves the entire living room dining room as well as two of the three bedrooms downstairs.
You can enjoy a large outdoor living room with all the comfort of its many sofas and armchairs.
We also offer a barbecue area by the water. You can cook, eat or simply relax with family or friends.
Several sun loungers are at your disposal to allow you to relax and let yourself be lulled by the song of the cicadas. The pool measures 5x10 meters and reaches a depth of 2 meters.
The interior of the ground floor consists of a large living room dining room and a kitchen. All the spaces are open to each other. A magnificent Provencal stone fireplace sits in the heart of the living room.
The kitchen offers all the necessary equipment for your preparations: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher. A back kitchen completes this space. In the south wing, we offer two carefully decorated bedrooms with 180 and 140 cm beds, as well as two bathrooms. Finally, a third bedroom with a mezzanine and bunk beds complete the ground floor of the house.
Finally, you will find a fourth and final bedroom upstairs. It has its own private bathroom.

séjour agréable
Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Kevin pour notre weekend. la maison est très agréable à vivre. un petit bémol sur le matériel pas suffisant pour le nombre de personnes pour laquelle la maison est fournie. Les lieux sont très facilement accessible et nous avons passé un très bon moment.
