******** Description of the Solognot gîte *********
In a typical Solognote house, our gîte will seduce you with its exposed beams and old floor tiles. It is ideally situated for visiting the castles of the Loire (we are 10 minutes from the Château de Chambord, 10 minutes from the Château de Cheverny, 35 minutes from that of Amboise, 45 minutes from that of Chenonceau, 20 minutes from Blois, etc!) and the Beauval zoo park (35 minutes).

It is independent, fully fenced and located on a quiet street, not very busy and far from the main axis very rolling. The back of the cottage is planted, tranquility assured!

It has been completely restored and will offer you all the necessary comfort. It is made up of a living room / stay, a kitchen, a room of water, two rooms and independent TOILETS.
Its capacity is 4 people maximum.
It has an internet connection and a landline phone: you can thus have free Wi-Fi as well as unlimited calls to landlines and mobiles in mainland France.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining amount is due upon your arrival at the premises.
The rental of the cottage is subject to the establishment of a rental contract of which you will find the model in this ad. Following your reservation, we will send you your contract: a copy will be returned to us signed.

This rental is subject to tourist tax, collected directly by Abritel from January 1, 2019.

Will definitely be back later in the year if there is availability .

The village is small and the people in the local shops and restaurants are very welcoming… Apart from “hello - goodbye - please - thank you “ our French is shameful. But everyone was so friendly.. Our hosts, Anne-Sophie and Olivier were lovely. The cottage was fresh, clean, well equipped and we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. If are looking for somewhere to call home and relax after exploring the region, this is the place stay.

Well placed for visiting several chateaux and the Loire Valley.

Cottage lovely, old world with its oak beams but containing new world appliances. Had a wonderful week and made good use of it's location.

Tout était parfait !

Petite maison très bien agencée et très bien équipée. Un point très positif : l'intérieur reste frais malgré des températures élevées à l'extérieur. La cour devant la maison est complètement close. Ce qui est un avantage non négligeable si on vient en vacances avec des chiens (ce qui était notre cas) ou avec des petits enfants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires.

Das Gite ist wirklich schön und es fehlt an nichts in dem Haus, wir haben hier eine schöne Woche verbracht und uns von dem Standort einige Schlösser besichtigt, auch bei heißen Tagen ist es angenehm kühl um Haus!

Keurig opgeknapte Gite met ruimte

De Gite is de helft van een oude boerderij die geheel is verbouwd en waar alle voorzieningen aanwezig zijn. Erg aardige eigenaren die in Blois wonen en die de verhuur samen organiseren met dochter en kleinzoon die dichtbij wonen. Eigen terrein met schuur waar de auto kan staan en aparte ruimte voor de fietsen (geen electra voor opladen). Rondom het huis zijn steentjes en een klein stukje gras met bbq.

Très bien situé pour les randos en Sologne, à 10 min de Chambord et 20 de Blois.

Propreté irréprochable, rien ne manque pour la cuisine, accueil sympathique, au calme, accepte le chiens. Tout petit bémol pour la literie un peu trop ferme en cas de problème de dos.

Séjour à refaire au coeur des Châteaux

Je pense que ce que nous avons le plus apprécié durant notre séjour est la fraîcheur de la maison. Il a été plus qu'agréable de trouver une maison fraîche après une journée passée sous la chaleur à visiter les châteaux! Nous avons également beaucoup profité de l'extérieur : les petits transats à l'ombre pour boire un verre, génial! La maison est de plus très aménagée, rien ne manque, très bien située sur le val de Loire entre Chambord et Cheverny et les propriétaires sont charmants et serviables. Il est certain que nous reviendrons!

Une prestation sans fausse note digne de professionnels

Rien à redire sur ce gîte où les propriétaires sont aux petits soins : prestations parfaites, rien ne manque , tout est de qualité . Le gîte est joli et bien aménagé . Nous avons adoré les petites decos lumineuses du jardin et particulièrement apprécié la fraîcheur de la maison par ces fortes chaleurs

Maison très agréable

La maison est spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Le prix est tout à fait correct pour la prestation. Nous recommandons cette location à proximité du château de Chambord et à 45 min du zoo de Beauval.

un séjour dès plus agréable dans un gîte bien aménagé

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de ce gîte et apprécié son confort. Il est très bien situé, à la campagne et proche de toutes commodités. Nous avons découvert Chambord, à 10 minutes. Le zoo de Beauval n'est pas très loin et nous avons pu faire d'autres châteaux.Les bords de Loire sont également splendides. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Excellent séjour autour des châteaux de la Loire

Nous avons loué ce gîte pour deux raisons: - sa position centrale par rapport aux principaux châteaux de la Loire - son caractère typique et authentique et nous n'avons pas été déçus Car, cette petite maison typique de la Sologne nous a permis de visiter les châteaux de Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, Amboise, Chenonceau et Chaumont sur Loire. Nous avons également profité des conseils des propriétaires pour nous approvisionner en vin de Cheverny et en fromage de chèvre. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés!
