Photos definitely make it look nicer and cleaner than in person. Felt a bit grubby, furniture uncomfortable, dishes and utensils needed a clean before use, only one set of towels and sheets provided for my month-long stay, stained walls, broken kitchen cabinets and closet doors, washing machine with a 2-hour cycle that faded ALL of my clothes after one wash, kitchen felt grubby and I didnt even want to open any cabinets to pull out utensils so I never cooked - which was the whole point of renting an apartment and not a hotel. I ultimately checked out a week and a half early from my 4-week non-refundable reservation. This apartment is fine for a short term stay, location is right outside the city center, and the Marengo metro/bus station and Toulouse-Matabiau train station is a few blocks away. Its a good budget option, though, so although I wouldnt ever stay in any properties managed by this company again, I wouldnt discourage travelers on a tight budget from making a reservation here. Quiet building and neighborhood, nice neighbors, the Cocoonr staff are nice people.

Enjoyable stay at the property

The property was clean. Despite the fact my arrival time change a few time, they were very accommodating and understanding. The space was big enough for one or a couple. My only criticism is some of the light switches and sockets were not working, so i find it difficult to use the appliances(coffee machine, toaster even the lamp which give the appartment the beautiful colors was not working etc...) Also some of the broken lampes should have been replaced or removed. other than that I have enjoyed my stay. I would recommand it to anyone and would possibly want to stay there again.
