Location is perfect. Staff is great - very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Rooms are typically European-sized. Beds are comfortable. Really appreciated the complementary water dispenser - still or carbonated. Just a delightful stay.

Very nice, modern and clean hotel a few minutes of walk from Capitole. Breakfast was excellent, with hot scrambled eggs, potato patties and bacon, or you could boil eggs per your wish. Salami, cheese, several types of breads with butter, pastries, pancakes with jams, peanut butter, berries sauce. Excellent coffee machine and many options for tea. I had the comfort room, modern and clean, with bathrobes and slippers. The shower water pressue was excellent. Everything was great!

The young woman who checked me in was kind and patient. The room was clean and comfortable, though quite small. The breakfast had many options, though I’m not sure it was worth the cost. I was given misinformation regarding the bus to the airport; it would be very helpful to future travelers to have better information on which bus to catch, the location, and the accurate cost.

Warm and welcoming staff. A few pleasant perks like filtered water (flat and sparkling) in lobby at all times. We had room on 7th (basically in the roof) so the ceiling was lower in the far half of tge room, which does not make ot look as spacious. The window is below eye level. Comfortable bed. Well located hotel, close to everything by foot.

An absolutely lovely hotel in a great location and with a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. We loved our stay here - especially the nice touches like free fizzy water and coffee in the lobby. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, plus the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Would definitely love to stay here when I next return to Toulouse.

We booked a very last minute stay at Happy Culture and we received a warm welcome from Penelope. They were so helpful and kind. We arrived minutes after booking and everything was ready for us and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. Beware of the spiral stairs to the roof roomsZ

Hotel was perfect for our stopover in Toulouse. Front desk was extremely helpful. Location was wonderful as Toulouse is a very walkable city. Parking was a bit confusing as it's entrance is right next to the lobby entrance and has a very narrow driveway. There are limited spots and difficult to get in and out of. Other than the parking scenario, this was an affordable and quaint hotel option to stay in this wonderful city.

Excellent experience and stay. The room was small as others have noted but was clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and great air conditioning on a hot day. Breakfast was very good. Paola and Lorenzo were excellent at the check-in and checkout. Very kind and helpful. Would recommend for all these reasons and fantastic location easy walk to the center of town and many restaurants.
