This home is the top part of a beautiful house, accessed via stairs up to the living area, with arched full length window and stunning arts and crafts bannisters. A gorgeous mix of modern and aged. Stunning views over Dartington Estate, nestled in a quiet location.
The Neighborhood: Orchard Park is in an elevated position with amazing views over the lovely old village of Dartington, close to Dartington Estate and Dartington Hall. Near to the River Dart and riverside walks. Staverton steam railway is a couple of miles away as is the unique town of Totnes. Further afield is Dartmoor National Park and the beautiful Devon coast.
Getting Around: Parking is outside of the house and there is plenty. The local pub and village stores are walking distance away.
Other Things to Note: There are external steps leading from the kitchen/diner out to the garden. Please be aware of this if you have smaller children when you open the back door.
