Casa MULINELLO is a 90 m² villa in Tuscany, originally a 17th-century tower restored in 1990. Spread over two levels: on the ground floor, there’s a living room with fireplace and 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins). Upstairs you’ll find the kitchen/dining area and a second fireplace. Two panoramic terraces offer stunning views of Montepulciano, the valley, and Mount Amiata. The house sleeps 6 and includes Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, barbecue, and home comforts. Bed linen, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and firewood are included. Electricity and gas for hot water, cooking, and heating are available for an extra fee. Four resident cats, no pool. Private parking available.

To preserve the rural atmosphere, there is no swimming pool. Four friendly, well-cared-for cats live on the estate. Access is via a private dirt road, about 400 meters from the main road, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and woods. Reserved parking is provided.
