About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

A cozy wooden chalet located nine kilometers from Lake Turano.

The chalet is located north of Rome, in Upper Sabina, about 70 km from the capital, a short distance from the routes of St. Benedict and St. Francis. It is near the ruins of the ancient pre-Sabine city of Trebula Mutuesca and the Cesarini Castle in Rocca Sinibalda, designed by architect Baldassarre Peruzzi and dating back to the year 1000. From the chalet, the city of Rieti and Mount Terminillo are easily accessible, as are Lake Turano—just nine km away—and Lake Piediluco, 50 km away. The chalet, secluded and surrounded by greenery, consists of a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a patio, and a terrace, and offers a beautiful view of the valley and the village. Surrounded by woods and springs, it is equipped with air conditioning and every other comfort.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets.
