Beautiful independent house with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a large living room and full kitchen, gallery and a large garden-terrace with barbecue, solarium and seating area. Perfect even in winter.

The house is valid for up to 6 people. It is located in the urbanization of Los Balcones, 100 meters from the Torrevieja Hospital and only 2 minutes by car from the beach. Having no houses in front runs a gentle breeze from the east.

The urbanization has a large communal pool, very quiet and with a children's area.
