It’s a comfortable, no-fuss home base — ideal for couples, friends, or small families who want to explore the beaches, bars, and sunny lifestyle of the Orihuela coast.

The Space:

The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a bright open-plan living area with a small dining space and fully equipped kitchen. It’s simply furnished but has everything you need for an easy holiday stay. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to a lovely communal swimming pool with a sunbathing area — perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The La Cinuelica complex is peaceful and well-kept, offering a relaxed atmosphere.



The Neighborhood:

You’ll be within walking distance of local shops (5 minutes) and plenty of bars and restaurants (10 minutes). The beach is around a 30-minute walk or a short 5-minute drive away, with several options nearby including Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca.

There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 30 minute walk away - Zenia Boulevard . Where there are shops, bars & restaurents, bowling alley, casino and supermarket.

In Torrevieja, there is a lovely promandae to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both spanish and english films, close by to a bowling alley.



Getting Around:

There is a local bus route which travels around the Orihuela Costa.



In additon there is a bus which travels beween Cartegna and Alicante. Stopping at Torrevieja.



For those with a car, explore the spanish villages close by and enjoy a drink in the plazas.

Disliked: Cleanliness
This company blocks 150 on your credit card, days after your exit, despite you ask them for not blocking, leaving the apartment better than the time we arrived. Booked for 4 person. Only had 2 knives, 2 tea spoons, 2 plates for soup,the toaster doesn't works, the beds were terrible, noising and unconfortable. The pool was not available until the afternoon of rhe second day. Very far to the beach. Tbe cleaner was on our door at 9 am to clean the day we leave, and the leaving hour is 11 am... I'll not recommend James Holidays to book your holidays

Accueil nul, caution pas sur anonce nous étions pas au courant, propriétaire non aimable non accueillant et nous a pas expliqué comment accéder à la piscine nous nous sommes débrouiller seul. Le reste allais très bien. La femme a la fin du séjour très souriante accueillante aimable et poli contrairement à monsieur james Holliday qui était froid.
