Welcome to our charming 2 bed second floor apartment is in the popular costal town of Torrevieja and is within a 10 min walk to the beach. It has access to a communal pool and just a few minutes walk to restaurant/ bars.

Accommodation:-

The apartment sleeps 4 and has a lounge with an open plan well equipped kitchen. It has 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with 2 single beds.

There is a good size family bathroom with a walk in shower and a utility room with washing machine and microwave.

All rooms have celling/ floor fans and there is air conditioning in the living room/ kitchen. There is also heating.

Leading off the lounge you have a east facing balcony (not over looking pool) a perfect spot for outdoor dining.

TV with english/ International channels, including sports and movies. There is also Netfix and amazon with a DVD player.

The apartment itself is part of the Villas Del Mar II gated complex which boasts a large communal swimming pool and plenty of space to sunbath. It’s alleys and stairways decorated with colourful tiles offers views which will fill your eyes with vivid colours. You will be intoxicated by the blue of its swimming pool surrounded by a pleasant garden.

Location & Surrounding Area:-

As soon as you leave the complex there are bars and restaurants right on your doorstep.

The apartment is only 650 meters from Playa del cura beach and the promenade where you will find plenty of estaurants and bars. You will find everything you could possibly need in terms of services and amenities are within easy reach.

Alicante airport is just 40 km away and is about a 40 min drive. A taxi rank and a bus station with regular services to Alicante airport are just a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

There is a 24 hour convenience shop close by and Torrevieja's main shopping high street and supermarkets are only a few minutes away.

Every Friday there is a colourful street market less than 2 minutes walk from the apartment, with hundreds of stalls selling textiles, clothing, interior design, crafts, footwear, fruit and veg, meat and horticultural produce at very reasonable prices.

Torrevieja is a bustling seaside town and a popular destination for holidaymakers. The beaches of Torrevieja are fantastic and boasts a promenade which is an ideal place to relax all year round. There is an abundance of amenities to hand including bars, restaurants, banks, shops and supermarkets.
