The property is in a quiet but central location for bars, restaurants, beaches and metro. All within 3 minutes slow walk away. The property is very comfortable, roomy and the outside courtyard is a bonus. it's situated in a quiet square that has seating to people watch.
I would recommend to the owners the following. A plug for the kitchen sink or a washing up bowel. Some plates and cups are chipped and need replacing. For travellers, bring a decent sized towel as those provided on the small size.

Das Apartment ist in einer super Lage und groß genug für 2 Erwachsene. Mit 4 Erwachsenen war die Wohnung schon doch zu klein, da zwei Personen auf einer aufklappbaren Couch schlafen mussten. An für sich fehlt der Wohnung nichts an Ausstattung, aber die Klimaanlage schaltet sich auch nachts aus, da ein Bewegungsmelder bei mangelnder Bewegung den Strom dafür abstellt. Der kleine Terassenbereich ist genial, um Wäsche zu trocknen und auch mal Zeit zu vertreiben. Der nächste Supermarkt (Carrefour) ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt und sonst auch befindet sich die Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß maximal 10-15 Minuten und auch dort ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Unseren Wagen konnten wir in einer privaten Garage (10 Gehminuten entfernt) parken und auch jederzeit rausfahren, da wir die Funksender für die Tore erhalten haben.
