Very kind and helpful owners. The room was spotless and cleaned regularly, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent – a quiet neighbourhood yet only about a 20-minute walk to the main attractions. Overall, a lovely stay and I would happily come back

The owners were very friendly; greeting you on arrival and showing you to your room, which was comfortable, clean and tidy. It had a decent view over Torquay, not the see but the town itself, quite a pretty place to look out at. Parking area is small but plenty adequate if you take time and care to go into a space. The bed was made daily (something most hotels don't do now) and a nice touch was the bottle of water by the bed in case you needed a drink in the night. Plenty of storage to pack your belongings as well, with drawers and a wardrobe. Shower and toilet en suite, so not communal like some places. Breakfast is cooked by the owners, and you have a pretty decent choice; though can ask for certain things if you want to omit anything for dietary reasons. Vegetarian is available but let Tina know in advance if you require this so she can accommodate you. It is also within easy reach of several buses and a short 16 minute walk to the sea front. A nice walk of an evening I thought. What I didn't like? Nothing; I can't honestly think of anything not to like.

Had a lovely stay at this wonderful guest house. Nice large and clean room with everything you needed. Love the fresh milk in the mini fridge, and all the toiletries in the shower room. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and provided an excellent breakfast with lots of choices.
