Located in the core of downtown. Beautiful suite 52-th floor with a Lake view. Walking distance to the Scotia Bank Arena, Union Station, Rogers Center, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Financial District and hundreds of restaurants and bars. Close to the Eaton Centre and Queen Street fashion district. Easy access to the Subway and GO station.
Grocery store, LCBO (liquor store), banks and all other necessities are at a walking distance.

The space
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.
1 bathroom
Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster).
Smart TV, Netflix and wifi.
Washer and dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

Other things to note
According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with increased deposit of 500 CAD.

Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements; if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund.

The unit entrance is equipped with a smart lock which makes the check-in check-out process super easy. Whether your are running late or you need to leave early in the morning, there's no need to wait to get or return the keys. I can lock or unlock the suite door remotely using the smart lock.

- Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $20 per night ($10 per night if you book for at least 20 nights). Please request in advance as it could be booked.
- Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan a stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee is $20 per night for 1 pet.
- We have travel cribs (for 0-18-month-old babies) and bed rails. $10 per one item per night. Please book them in advance.

***Deposit***
All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200 ($500 CAD if you bring pets). If smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Please take a moment to read the unit policies:
✔ The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit 500 CAD
✔ All guests are required to pay a $200 security/damage deposit ($500 CAD if you bring pets) prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded.
✔ Check-in is after 3PM, check-out is before 11AM.
Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible.
✔ Pets allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night for 1 pet
✔ The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation.
✔ Please provide us with a photo of valid your ID:
international passport, driver’s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID).
Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID.

* NO PARTY POLICY
The unit is equipped with a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The noise level will be checked to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance.

** NO SMOKING POLICY
The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, GLOBALSTAY has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you:
- 150$ service call
- 200$ cleaning fees
